20+ Years of Experience

A mantra of mine is to make a positive impact in the lives of others any chance I get. This work is extremely important to me as I innately believe in people and believe that most people have good intentions. Looking at where we are as a society at this moment, I believe we should be further along than we are in a lot of areas.  I have lived my entire life working in male-dominated industries, and for the most part, I have had amazing experiences. I have also been on the other side of the coin, and I am passionate about utilizing my background and experiences, both good and challenging, to ensure that we are not having these same conversations 10 years from now.

We are all a sum of our own experiences.

As we work with members of your team at every level, this perspective is critical to take actionable steps and create lasting and real change.

The intersectionality of the uniqueness of all humans must always be considered; ie:  gender, race, sexuality, class, etc.
